“Trojickyj” shopping centre that is build in the neighbourhood of the Olympic Stadium in Kiev, will have been liquidated by 1 June - an agreement there upon was signed by both, representatives of the Ukrainian government and the owners of the “Trojickyj” shopping centre. "Trojickyj" مركز التسوق هذا هو بناء في حي الملعب الاولمبي في كييف ، سيكون قد تم تصفيتها من قبل 1 حزيران / يونية -- هناك اتفاق تم التوقيع عليها من جانب كل من ممثلي الحكومة الاوكرانيه واصحاب "trojickyj" مركز التسوق .

In two-week time the representatives of Polish and Ukrainian football federation will learn the UEFA reports about the conditions of EURO 2012 preparations. لمدة اسبوعين في الوقت ممثلي والبولنديه والاوكرانيه اتحاد الكرة وسوف تعلم كأس الامم تقارير عن اوضاع الأعمال التحضيريه اليورو 2012. On the base of those reports further steps for the coming months will be defined. على قاعدة من هذه التقارير لاتخاذ خطوات اخرى خلال الاشهر القادمة سوف يتم تحديدها.

During the meeting in Nyon all reports created on the base of UEFA experts’ visit in وخلال الاجتماع الذى عقد فى Nyon جميع التقارير التي تأسست على قاعدة من كأس الامم الخبراء فى زيارة Poland بولندا and و Ukraine اوكرانيا (October 2007) will be shown. The industrial heart of eastern Ukraine was glowing in a beautiful sunset as local heroes Shakhtar Donetsk took on their arch-rivals Dinamo Kiev. القلب الصناعي للشرق اوكرانيا كانت متوهجه في غروب جميل المحلية ابطال shakhtar احاطت دونيتسك على المنافسين القوس - دينامو كييف.

Yet the Soviet-era stadium looked small and a bit too old-fashioned for Shakhtar Donetsk, one of the country’s top teams. ومع ذلك فان الحقبه السوفياتيه ملعب الصغيرة ونظرت الي قليلا جدا قديمة لshakhtar دونيتسك ، وهي واحدة من أكبر الفرق القطريه.

There are concerns that Ukraine may not be ready in time for the Uefa European Football Championships in 2012, which it will co-host with Poland. وثمة مخاوف من ان اوكرانيا قد لا يكون جاهزا في الوقت المناسب لبطولة كأس الامم الاوروبية لكرة القدم في عام 2012 ، الذي سيكون في استضافة مع بولندا. All of the venues were built by the communists, and they are well past their best, needing to be replaced or renovated. جميع من اماكن بنيت من قبل الشيوعيين ، وانها ايضا افضل الماضية ، والتي تحتاج الى استبدال او تجديدها. Ukraine has faced one political crisis after another and now the country is preparing for a general election. اوكرانيا قد واجهت ازمة سياسية واحدة بعد الأخرى ، والان تستعد البلاد لاجراء انتخابات عامة. “The most difficult thing will be to change the attitude, to make the authorities look in the direction of football and start paying attention to the country’s infrastructure,” says Dmitriy Chigrinsky, a player for Shakhtar Donetsk and Ukraine. "اصعب شيء سيكون على تغيير الموقف ، لجعل السلطات تنظر في اتجاه كرة القدم وبداية الالتفات الى البنية الاساسية للبلاد ،" يقول dmitriy chigrinsky ، لاعبا للshakhtar دونيتسك واوكرانيا. “It’s no secret that our country needs serious modernisation,” Dmitriy adds. Poland is training women to work on building sites because so many men have left to work in Britain. بولندا هو تدريب النساء على العمل فى مواقع البناء ، ذلك ان كثيرا من الرجال قد غادروا للعمل في بريطانيا.

As the Polish economy grows and especially now that the country has landed the Euro 2012, there is a huge shortage of construction workers. وكما ينمو الاقتصاد البولندي وخصوصا ان البلد قد هبطت اليورو عام 2012 ، وهناك نقص هائل من عمال البناء.

Employment authorities on Poland have said so many male builders have gone to the UK that there is simply not enough, but that training up some of the many unemployed women to do the work was a logical move. The gadgets sold with the logo of Poland-Ukraine Bid are illegal. الادوات التي تباع مع شعار بولندا - اوكرانيا محاولة غير مشروعة. The Internet domain names including references to EURO 2012 that are registered on mass scale may prove to be worthless. شبكة الانترنت وأسماء النطاقات بما في ذلك اشارات الى اليورو عام 2012 التي سجلت على نطاق واسع قد يثبت انها عديمة القيمه.

In their bid Poland and Ukraine committed themselves to support UEFA in enforcement of its industrial property rights covering the rights to the logo of Poland and Ukraine bid and logo of the future Championships. في سعيهم وبولندا واوكرانيا التزمت لدعم كأس الامم في دورتها انفاذ حقوق الملكيه الصناعية التي تشمل الإنسان إلى شعار وبولندا واوكرانيا وعرض الشعار من البطولات في المستقبل. Authorities of both countries are to help the organizers in combating the so-called ambush marketing, ie practices consisting in marketing of goods and services based on associations with the European Championships. السلطات في كل من البلدان لمساعدة المنظمين في مكافحة ما يسمى كمين التسويق ، أي الممارسات التي تتكون في تسويق السلع والخدمات على اساس الجمعيات مع البطولات الاوروبية. Warsaw (dpa) - Poland’s Ministry of Transport Thursday said roadworks ahead of the Euro 2012 football play-offs were on target, denying claims to the contrary made by road construction experts. وارسو (ادارة الشؤون السياسية) -- بولندا وزارة النقل وقال الخميس اشغال الطرق القادمة من اتفاقيه الشراكه الاوروبية 2012 لكرة القدم كانت تقوم به على الموازنه المستهدف ، وحرمان بل على العكس من المطالبات المقدمة من الخبراء وبناء الطرق.
On Monday, Polish experts insisted the country was nearly 13 billion dollars short of the 47 billion dollars it needed to make the country’s derelict road network ready for an influx of football fans for the Euro 2012 playoffs. يوم الاثنين ، اكد الخبراء على البولنديه البلد ما يقرب من 13 مليار دولار اقل من 47 مليار دولار التي تحتاج اليها لجعل البلد مهجور شبكة الطرق على استعداد لتدفق المشجعين لكرة القدم اليورو 2012 بلاي اوف.

Central banker: Euro for Poland in 2012 at earliest وسط مصرفي : اليورو بالنسبة لبولندا فى عام 2012 فى اقرب وقت
Warsaw (dpa) - European Union member Poland could adopt the bloc’s common currency the euro in 2012 at the earliest, a full eight years after the country’s EU entry, Poland’s central bank (NBP) chief Slawomir Skrzypek said Friday in Warsaw. وارسو (ادارة الشؤون السياسية) -- الاعضاء في الاتحاد الاوروبي يمكن ان تعتمد بولندا كتلة العملة المشتركة اليورو فى عام 2012 فى اقرب وقت ممكن ، كامل بعد ثماني سنوات من دخول البلاد في الاتحاد الأوروبي ، والبنك المركزي في بولندا (nbp) : قال رئيس slawomir skrzypek الجمعة في وارسو.
The central banker said he was optimistic Poland would meet the Maastricht Treaty criteria for the public deficit by 2009, preparing the way for two years in the ERM2 currency mechanism prior to the switch from the Polish zloty to the euro. وقال مصرفي لالوسطى واعرب عن تفاؤله بولندا من شأنه ان يفى بمعايير معاهدة ماستريخت العجز العام بحلول عام 2009 ، وتمهيد الطريق لمدة سنتين في عمله erm2 اليه قبل الانتقال من الزلوتي البولندي الى اليورو.

Poland’s Minister of Finance Zyta Gilowska recently vowed Poland would stick to the euro conversion criteria agreed with the EU regarding the public deficit. في بولندا وزير المالية في الآونة الاخيرة واقسم zyta gilowska بولندا العصا من شأنه ان التحول الى اليورو الى معايير متفق عليها مع الاتحاد الاوروبي بشأن العجز العام. The European Central Bank has put a 3 per cent of GDP ceiling on the public deficit as a major prerequisite for euro adoption. البنك المركزي الاوروبي وضع بنسبة 3 فى المائة من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي على سقف العجز العام ، كما شرط أساسي للاعتماد اليورو.

In Poland, this year’s public deficit is expected not to exceed the 3.4 per cent of GDP agreed with the EU. في بولندا ، لهذا العام ومن المتوقع ان العجز العام لا تتجاوز 3،4 في المائة من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي المتفق عليها مع الاتحاد الاوروبي. In 2008, the deficit will stand at 3.2 per cent of GDP, while in 2009 it is expected to shrink to 2.9 per cent of GDP, according to Poland’s Ministry of Finance. في عام 2008 ، فان العجز سوف نقف عند 3،2 في المائة من الناتج المحلى الاجمالى ، بينما في عام 2009 ومن المتوقع ان يتقلص الى 2،9 في المائة من الناتج المحلى الاجمالى ، وفقا لبولندا فى وزارة المالية.

NBP chief Skrzypek also signalled that an expert report on Poland’s readiness for euro adoption will publish its findings by the end of 2008. Nbp رئيس skrzypek كما يشير الى ان تقرير خبراء بولندا على استعداد لاعتماد اليورو وسوف تنشر النتائج التي توصلت اليها بحلول نهاية عام 2008.
