Roberto Mancini looks set to remain Manchester City manager next season, even if his side fails to win this term’s Premier League title.
City are currently 7/4 with bookmaker to finish top this season and face current leaders Manchester United in a potentially decisive fixture at the Etihad Stadium on Monday.

Regardless of the outcome of Monday’s match, Mancini is confident he will be allowed to continue in his role, saying: “I have one year left on my contract, but I am not worried about it. The president Khaldoon (Al Mubarak) and the owner Sheikh Mansour are serious people. One victory or one defeat is not going to change things.”
