David Moyes believes his Everton side can beat Arsenal this weekend and improve their chances of qualifying for Europe.
The Goodison Park-based club are currently tenth in the Premier League table but Moyes is desperate to bounce back after watching his side lose 1-0 to Stoke City on Sunday.
Everton can be backed at 11/2 with bookmaker to secure victory in north London and Moyes thinks such a result would help his side make a sustained push for one of the European places in the second half of the season. Everton are 100/1 to secure a top-four finish this term.
The Scot says: “At Everton we need European competition. I’ve missed it and I think the players and the supporters have. I’d like to think we can push and challenge this season but until we get another four or five wins under our belts I don’t think I can say that yet.”
