Spain were the dominant force in international football back then, having won both Euro 2008 and a first World Cup crown in 2010. Therefore, it wasn’t exactly […]

This should inform you of the final results from recent matches and include some interesting facts about the game stats, keeping you in shape for any football-specific chats over beer. For others, however, football betting is more of a skill which, combined with a fairly reliable statistics recount, could easily turn you into an artist in this field. Taking stats into consideration when placing one’s bet […]

Supported by the European Commission, the project aims to promote European and civic values among inmates, ex-convicts and socially marginalized youth in cooperation with officials and volunteers. The international project is managed by Collegium Civitas in Warsaw with the participation […]

There’s some fantastic Soccer taking place this week with a full round of fixtures from the Premier League to look forward to. The action gets underway on Saturday as struggling Sunderland welcome Man Utd to the Stadium of Light. The Black Cats will be hoping for a better outcome than when the two sides met earlier in the season, when they succumbed to a 3-0 defeat. In the late kick-off, Chelsea face a Newcastle side in need of points to help their fight for survival. Sunday’s action begins in north […]

The Australian Open draws to a close this week, with bookmaker covering all the action right up to the hotly anticipated Men’s Final on Sunday. For the first time in almost 40 years, Britain will be represented in both the Men’s and Women’s semi-finals of the Open, with John Lloyd and Sue Barker the last to achieve the feat in 1977. There’s no doubting that Andy Murray will be desperate to add another trophy to his cabinet after failing to lift the Australian Open trophy in four finals in the […]

Republic of Ireland v Bosnia – Monday 16th November Bosnia rescued a draw with a late equaliser on Friday night after Edin Dzeko cancelled out Robbie Brady’s 82 minute opener in thick fog. Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill suggested that they are not going to play for an edgy 0-0 to capitalise on the away goal. He said: “We have to try and win the game. If we set out with any other sort of mindset, we could be in trouble. The ultimate goal does not change and is […]
