Rugby League – Hall hopes to find form

Craig Hall is aiming to hit the heights once more for Hull KR after being frustrated by injury earlier in the season.

Hall moved to the Robins, who are 11/10 with bookmaker to defeat Hull FC on Saturday, from their cross-city rivals before the start of the 2011 season and has played in a number of different positions for the club.
Injury has hampered his progress this season and he has found himself out on the wing, but he is determined to regain a more prominent position in the team.
“I started the season well with a few steady performances and I don’t think I did much wrong during those early rounds. But then I picked up an injury and since I’ve come back I haven’t been hitting those same performance standards,” said the utility back.
“At the beginning of the year I was playing at stand-off and on the wing, but now I’m just on the wing. You don’t feature as much with the ball in hand but it’s up to the player to get themselves involved, and that’s what I try to do.”
