Rugby Union – Johnson all about victory

England team manager Martin Johnson says that only winning will be important at the World Cup in New Zealand.

Johnson’s side’s style has been criticised in some quarters, but the 2003 World Cup-winning captain is solely focused on the job of trying to win the tournament.
He commented: “World Cups are about handling the pressure and performing over a long period of time and not getting distracted with what people say.
“When you get down to it, they are still games of rugby that need to be won like any games of rugby.”
England, who are 1/5 with bookmaker to open their campaign with a win over Argentina in Dunedin on Saturday 10th September, are 3/1 to reach a third straight World Cup final.
