The Euro 2012 playoff draw was held Thursday in Krakow, Poland. The winners of these four home-and-home series will get the final four berths at next summer’s tournament, joining the 12 teams that have already qualified. Ukrainian hoteliers are missing out on early bookings for Euro 2012 with reservation databases in host-city hotels still closed for the dates of the event, according to www.booked.net. Less than 250 days from the kick-off of Europe’s top international soccer showcase almost all host-city hotel booking systems in Ukraine, which is co-hosting the tournament alongside Poland, remain closed. “Book of Wishes to National Football Team at Euro 2012” sets national record and becomes the biggest book in Ukraine. In September 2011 a new programme on language education has started. Kiev healthcare staff can now learn English for free.  The facility is organized by Rodion Butko foundation. It is planned to educate 911 kievan medics in 3 months. SUch step is crucial for EURO 2012 preparation because of an urgent need of English speaking specialists to host the championship. Lanugage barrier has always been a major problem for a vast population of Ukraine. These privately financed language courses will greatly contribute to a successful EURO 2012 in Ukraine.

Volunteers Euro-2012 uniform is designed in three colors – dark blue, light blue and red. This was announced during the presentation of clothing assistants European Football Championship 2012, held September 8 in Kiev.
