It is reported that Apple considers taking legal steps against Polish Football Association for alleged copyright infringment. Apple asserts that a presentation used by Polish – Ukraine Euro 2012 team at Cardiff to present the joint offer of these two countreis infringes a copyrighted iPod commercial. There is no doubt that the clips below are similar and the author of “football” one was inspired by iPod ad. As to the infringment .. please judge by yourself. In my opinion it’s just the inspiration, following the general idea , therefore it […]

In addition, the European Parliament ‘supports and praises social groups and civil society organizations fighting against fascism, racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance and calls for their protection’. With the Polish venues on track in their preparations for co-hosting Euro 2012, the lingering concern for the country’s football fans is whether they will have a national team capable of putting up a respectable performance. Coach Franciszek Smuda has seen his side fall as far as 73rd in FIFA’s admittedly farcical ranking system, with the dearth of playing talent a regular topic for the country’s footballing media. Many wonder what happened to the squad that won the European Under-18 Championship in Finland in 2001. That team included Tomasz Kuszczak, […]
